Do I have to pay in full upfront?
No. You can take advantage of our payment plan detailed out during checkout (50 percent down with 25 percent in 2 weeks and the remaining 25 percent in the following 2 weeks.)
What happens after I order?
You will receive an email from us with a link to our calendar to schedule your 5 Point Brand Footprint Analysis.
Why is there a fee for a consultation?

What happens if I want to change something?
Anything you want to edit throughout the production process can be taken care of. Just let us know! Post production you have 1 -3 revisions based on the package you choose.
Are there any hidden fees?
From us – No.
From a 3rd party – There are additional costs for hosting, automation, SSL certificates, e-commerce and plugins based on your need.
What happens if I don't like the end result?
Our communication channel is extremely detailed. The 5 Point Brand Foot Print Analysis will ensure you are happy with the end product. In the rare occasion that this does happen we will continue to work with you until your goal is reached.
Do you offer retainer services?
Yes. Website management post production and Content Creation – the communication channel with your audience to keep them coming back to you for more – i.e. blog posts, email newsletters, social media copy, Ad copy, Instagram stories, video marketing/editing, podcast production, eBooks and graphic design.
Pricing is custom. You can schedule a consultation to discuss!
How long does it take?
Project timeline varies. We consider working with you a Partnership. Once your client profile is complete the timeline begins and varies based on the scope of the project. 6-10 weeks is a conservative estimate.
Do you only work with Solo-Preneurs?
No. We work with large companies as well. Just schedule a consultation to discuss.
What happens if I have to pause or cancel production?
We understand life happens. While payments made are non-refundable, future payments can be paused until you’re ready to begin again. Your project will be placed on hold and website in maintenance mode.
For cancellations, your project will be deleted altogether. Payments made are non-refundable. Future payments (if you opted for a payment plan) can be canceled.
